IPG offers services to help you maintain your propane gas system equiptment in good working order. Our service technician will provide a full system safety and operational inspection on your porpane gas system equipment making the needed system repairs and adjustments and suggest any improvements in equipment operation. Our service technician can also offer you testing of the Heat Transfer Solution (HST) in the water box of your water bath vaporizer to determine how weel it is protecting the metallurgy of the vaporizer. This test lets the service technician know if the HTS needs to be replaced.
IPG offers an Annual Maintenance Agreement to our customers whereby IPG can help them maintain their vaporizer/blender and associated equipment in good operating condition on an annual basis. The Annual Maintenance Agreement includes three visits per year with key emphasis on the fall visit. During the fall, IPG completes a thorough check of all the vaporizer/blender's operating systems to ensure that your vaporizer/blender is ready for use when needed. The late winter and spring visists are used to check and maintain the good operating condition of the vaporizer/blender equipment.
IPG understands the importance of properly maintaining your propane gas system components, of which the propane gas storage tank is a main part. We offer several cleaning and resurfacing methods based on the exsisting surface condition of the tank. IPG can clean and repaint the propane gas storage tank and connected piping with the correct paint as well as apply the proper signage to the tank to comply with NFPA 58 codes.
In 2011, NFPA 58 codes were reviewed and upgraded to improve and protect propane gas system equipment. IPG will inspect your propane gas system equipment and complete a 2020 PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SURVEY FOR NFPA 58 CODE COMPLIANCE to identify any upgrades that are needed and required to get your propane gas system equipment code compliant.
